Madison Borden

Community Engagement Manager

Maddie is our go-to volunteer and birthday party coordinator. A Salem native and 2022 Salem State grad, Maddie spent a year working at Disney World which prepared her to work closer to home with our North Shore Community.

Ali Haydock

Executive Director

Ali has spent her career as a fundraiser for Harvard, Mass General, and, most recently, Peabody’s Citizens Inn. With an MBA in nonprofit management, Ali uses a collaborative and creative approach to lead the NSCM. Ali’s best advisors are her three young kids.

Susie Lord

Programs Manager & Visitor Experience Associate

A librarian, storyteller, and enthusiastic spirit, Susie can be found at our front desk and museum floor, helping families make the most of their experience at NSCM.

Holly Watson

Assistant Director

Holly brings a depth of experience in both educational program management and museum administration, having most recently spent time at the House of Seven Gables. Her ingenuity and positivity keep everything running smoothly.
