Support the Learning Through Play at NSCM!
Your gift to the North Shore Children’s Museum allows us to provide enriching experiences for all children in our community, for decades to come. Here are just a few ways your support makes a direct impact in our ability to educate and strengthen families in the community.
Fund Free and Reduced Admission
At the NSCM, access to our programs and exhibits is a critical aspect of our mission. For many families, budget constraints make purchasing tickets at full price difficult. By making a gift in any $12 increment, you can sponsor the cost of 1 or more tickets.
Further, gifts at any level can be used to offset our EBT Card program, which offers $3 ticket prices for families presenting an EBT Card. Your generosity can give other families the opportunity to learn to play and play to learn.
Fund a Special Program
Philanthropy is used at the NSCM to offer free and low-cost special programs in our Party Room, which include our weekly recurring events like story time, puppet shows, and other educational programs.. We aim to support local performers while also offering affordable access to extra, educational programs for the community. Donations enable us to do this.
Special Exhibits
The NSCM relies on fundraising to bring new and exciting exhibits to our 14 exhibit spaces. We hope to rotate some of our exhibit rooms every 6 months, providing children fresh content to ensure their experience is engaging each and every time they visit the museum. Equipment and supplies to enhance our spaces are costly, and not part of our annual budget. By making a gift to the museum, you allow us the flexibility to expand and improve on a continuous basis.
