The North Shore Children’s Museum relies on a dedicated team of volunteers in order to run safely and effectively. Volunteer are a critical to our ability to deliver excellent customer service for families and enriching educational experiences for children. Volunteer roles include greeting visitors near the entrance, checking-in online tickets, covering the ticketing desk as needed, assisting with data entry, re-setting and cleaning up exhibits, and serving as a resource for visitors by answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
Volunteers are asked to commit to at least one four-hour shift every two weeks. Shifts are available Thursday-Saturday, 9am-4pm, and Sunday, 12pm-4pm.
