Upcoming Weekly Programs at the North Shore Children’s Museum
We are pleased to offer many weekly programs and special events throughout the month. With the help of our wonderful, creative partners and support from donors, the majority of our programs are free with the purchase of admission. Upcoming events are listed below. Special Event – Spring Egg Hunts
Saturday, April 12,2025. 3PM-4PM and 5PM-6PM.
Join us for our third annual spring egg hunts! Due to demand we will have two sessions, one at 3PM and one at 5PM.
Children participants will receive an egg carton to fill with 12 eggs to take home. Participants will have an hour to hunt for eggs hidden throughout our exhibit spaces, and to play in the exhibit spaces. There will be a few golden eggs hidden during each session that will have extra special prizes!
Eggs will be filled with various candies. If you have a child with an allergy, please see the front desk before you depart to trade in candy-filled eggs for allergy friendly eggs.
Tickets to this special event are $25/participating child for non-members, and $20/participating child for NSCM members. Tickets are available online starting 3/6/25 at 12PM while supplies last. Adults do not need tickets to attend with participating children.

Wed 3/5: Join Mini Movers Director Jackie for a morning of playful movement. Jackie will have your kiddo moving and grooving to the music in no time!
Thurs 3/6: Fit4Mom North Shore Pop-up. Class begins at 9:30AM. Register at https://northshore.fit4mom.com/.
Fri 3/7: Art with Kate. Join art teacher and NSCM staff member Kate for a fun morning of crafting! This program is appropriate for pre-k aged guest and older.
Sun 3/9: Sunday STEAM Club for ages 5+. Come explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math with our NSCM staff! Every STEAM club session will see your kids participating in hands-on activities while exploring a new topic. Space is limited, please add a participant ticket to your cart along with admission for your entire party.
Children’s programs are free with admission to the coinciding play session unless otherwise designated. Tickets are subject to availability.
Upcoming Programs – Week of March 9, 2025
Wed 3/12: Legopalooza. We are excited to be able to offer a vast array of Legos for kids to build with in our back party room from 9AM – 12PM and 1PM-4PM. Please note that Lego Bricks are rated for ages 4 and up. Special thanks to friend of North Shore Children’s Museum Ryan for generously donating the Legos for this program!
Fri 3/14: Our friends from InclYOUsion Sports are back! Come and play at 10AM with Coach Greg. Inclyousion Sports provides inclusive sports enrichment programs to children in Massachusetts, using innovative behavioral methods to teach sports, fitness, and social skills.
Sat 3/15: Low-sensory Play Session, 2-4PM. Created for our friends with autism and sensory processing disorders, we have reduced the number of tickets available for this play session, and will dim lights and sounds to become a more welcoming environment. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend this play session. If you have any questions about our low-sensory play sessions, please reach out to us at nscminfo@peabody-ma.gov.
Tickets for our low-sensory play session are limited, and available online now. There may be some tickets in person on Saturday, depending upon pre-sale numbers.
Sun 3/16: Sunday STEAM Club for ages 5+. Come explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math with special guest instructor Linda Sessa of Out of the Box Learning Company! Every STEAM club session will see your kids participating in hands-on activities while exploring a new topic. Space is limited, please add a participant ticket to your cart along with admission for your entire party.

Wed 3/19: Art with Kate. Join art teacher and NSCM staff member Kate for a fun morning of crafting! This program is appropriate for pre-k aged guest and older.
Fri 3/21: Join Miss Shelley for kids yoga and mindfulness this Friday at 10AM. Take some time during this busy week to breathe and move your body.
Sun 3/23: Sunday STEAM Club for ages 5+. Come explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math with our NSCM staff! Every STEAM club session will see your kids participating in hands-on activities while exploring a new topic. Space is limited, please add a participant ticket to your cart along with admission for your entire party.
