We are pleased to offer many weekly programs and special events throughout the month. With the help of our wonderful, creative partners and support from donors, the majority of our programs are free with the purchase of admission. Upcoming events are listed below. Saugus Free Days!
Saturday, May 30: 9am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, & 2pm-4pm
Sunday, May 31: 12pm-2pm & 2pm-4pm
Saugus residents can enjoy free admission to the museum on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31!
With the generous support of Saugus Cultural Council, we are excited to offer free admission days for Saugus Residents. Tickets may be reserved online in advance or in person. Get your tickets now!
Guests must be prepared to show proof of Saugus residency at the door.

Wakefield Free Days!

Mon 5/25: We wish you a meaningful Memorial Day. May your day be filled with peace and rest as we remember those who passed during their service.
Wed 5/27: Build whatever your imagination dreams up in this open-ended LEGO free-build extravaganza. Towers, vehicles, creatures, or total masterpieces – if you can imagine it, you can build it in LEGO-palooza!
Thurs 5/28: Join us for Art Adventures with Pam! Explore the world though art, and get your passport stamped at each Art Adventures program.
Fri 5/29: Join InclYOUsion Sports coaches here at NSCM at 10AM for a fun sports program. Inclyousion Sports provides inclusive sports enrichment programs to children in Massachusetts, using innovative behavioral methods to teach sports, fitness, and social skills.
Sun 5/31: Explore and create in some STEM-based arts projects in Spring STEAM! Design, experiment, and bring home your beautiful spring crafts!
Sat 5/30 & Sun 5/31: Are you a Saugus resident? This weekend, Saugus residents receive FREE admission to the museum! Reserve tickets online or in-person, and be prepared to show proof of residency at the door!
Children’s programs are free with admission to the coinciding play session unless otherwise designated. Tickets are subject to availability.

Wed 6/3: Join Mini Movers Studio director Jackie at 10:30am for a morning of moving to the beat!
Sat 6/6: Join us for Music and Movement with MaryBeth Maes this Saturday at 10AM. MaryBeth will have your little ones singing, dancing, and playing along to the music!
Sun 6/7: Join us in the back party room anytime between 12PM and 4PM on Sunday and try your hand at Lego Challenge. There will also be time for free building. Guests who attempt the challenge will get a Lego themed sticker to take home.
Sat 6/6 & Sun 6/7: Are you a Wakefield resident? This weekend, Wakefield residents receive FREE admission to the museum! Reserve tickets online or in-person, and be prepared to show proof of residency at the door!

Wed 6/17: Build whatever your imagination dreams up in this open-ended LEGO free-build extravaganza. Towers, vehicles, creatures, or total masterpieces – if you can imagine it, you can build it in LEGO-palooza!
Fri 6/19: Join Miss Shelley for Kids Yoga and mindfulness this Friday at 10AM. Take some time during this busy week to breathe and move your body. We’d also like to wish everyone a Happy Juneteenth!
Sat 6/20: Join us for a Low Sensory Play Session, featuring a calmer, more relaxed museum environment! During this special play time, we reduce noise levels, limit crowd size, and adjust stimulation to support children who may benefit from a quieter experience.
