Birthday Parties
Book your child’s next birthday party at the North Shore Children’s Museum!
The North Shore Children’s Museum is the perfect birthday party venue for kids, their families, and friends. Typically, birthday parties will run two hours long. The first hour and 15 minutes will be free play for the children where they get to explore and play in all the museum exhibits. The last 45 minutes is when kids and guests will transition into the party room where they can enjoy food and drinks. Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibit spaces. A party attendant will be there from start to finish, in order for parents to have a great time with their child and where everyone can build memories that will last for years.

Options for Private & Semi-Private Birthday Parties
The North Shore Children’s Museum offers two options for birthday parties. The first is a Semi-Private Party, which typically occurs on Fridays and Saturdays, and takes place while the museum is open to the public. However, the party room is completely private to you, and the ticket capacity for the public is lower than during typical play sessions.
The second option is a Private Party, which only occurs on Sundays, and takes place while the museum is closed to the public. Only your guests will have access to the museum during your two-hour party block.
Food and Catering Options
Party hosts are responsible for any food and drinks, along will all tableware, cutlery, and table coverings. Alcohol is not permitted on the property. You are welcome to bring in food from outside vendors and we are partnered with a number of downtown Peabody businesses that will provide a 10% discount for party orders:
Attached to the party room is a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and sink that you will have full access to for the duration of the party.
