Party Guidelines

The first 1 hour and 15 minutes will be free play for the children within the museum exhibits. Party hosts may arrive fifteen minutes before their party begins. Your party host will greet you and help get settled into the party room.

Note on decorations: All wall hangings must be secured with tape. No pinatas, glitter, confetti, or silly string will be permitted.

The last 45 minutes guests will transition into the party room where they will enjoy any food/drinks. Food/drinks are not permitted in the exhibit spaces. 

When the party ends, all guests will depart. Hosts have 15 minutes after the party ends, to collect all belongings will be collected and throw away trash (we will be unable to dispose of excessive trash, e.g. more than two large trash bags). 


What’s Included

All Parties:

Museum admission for up to 40 adults/children total. Note that our party room comfortably seats 24 adults/children but we have some additional seating available. If you have between 41-50 guests, there is an additional $100 charge.

Party Host to help with set up and clean up

Full access to private party room and private kitchen

10% discount for pizza and catering orders at select local restaurants

Private Parties:

Exclusive access to the entire museum – no members of the public will be present during your party time.

Semi-private Parties:

Members of the public may be present in the exhibits during your party time at a lower capacity than our typical play sessions. The party room and kitchen will remain fully private to your party guests.

Host Responsibilities

Decorations, paper goods

Food and drinks – bring your own or coordinate delivery. (Please note: no alcohol will be permitted on property.)

Supervision of children at all times while inside the facility


Payment is due in full at the time of booking. There is a $100 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to the party date, no refund will be issued and the host will be responsible for the full party payment. If a cancellation is made more than 1 week prior to the party date, a refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee, will be issued.
